1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 6777cx ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the 6777cx website located at https://6777cx.pro and any associated mobile applications, platforms, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account on 6777cx, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally. Your continued use of the 6777cx Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By registering on 6777cx, you warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility requirements. Any false declaration of eligibility shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 6777cx Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single user, whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. 6777cx reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets or winnings associated with them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep such information current at all times. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, mobile number, and payment method details. 6777cx may request documentary verification of any information provided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6777cx account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 6777cx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

6777cx operates a KYC verification programme in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), and documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used (e.g., JazzCash or EasyPaisa account confirmation). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6777cx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. 6777cx reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits made to your 6777cx account are final and non-refundable, except in the event of a verified technical error or where required by applicable law. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the cashier. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, bonus wagering requirements, and fraud screening. 6777cx aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. 6777cx reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. 4.4 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, bets, and winnings on 6777cx are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 6777cx is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

6777cx offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms associated with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific terms of the applicable promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• 6777cx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 6777cx reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed in an abusive, fraudulent, or exploitative manner.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, converted to cash, or applied to certain game types as specified in the promotion terms.
• 6777cx is not responsible for technical errors that result in the incorrect crediting of bonuses, and reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the 6777cx Platform are subject to these Terms and to any applicable game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 6777cx system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn except where expressly permitted by the specific rules applicable to that bet type.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets placed on 6777cx. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by game type, market, and user account status. 6777cx reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at its discretion.

6.3 Void Bets

6777cx reserves the right to declare a bet void in any of the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the applicable settlement period.
• The bet was placed as a result of a manifest error in the odds or game data displayed on the Platform.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable game rules.
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity relating to the event on which the bet was placed.

Where a bet is declared void, the stake will be returned to the User's 6777cx account balance.

6.4 Game Fairness

All casino games available on 6777cx, including slots, live dealer tables, Super Keno, and All-Star Fishing, use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems provided by reputable third-party game studios. The outcomes of all games are entirely determined by chance, and 6777cx does not manipulate game results in any way.

6.5 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a game round or live bet, 6777cx's system will attempt to complete the round based on the game rules applicable at the time of disconnection. 6777cx is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the User's end, including but not limited to mobile network failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions.

7. Responsible Gaming

6777cx is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Users and can be accessed through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 6777cx account.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your 6777cx account. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gaming sessions displaying the duration of play and your net win/loss position.

8. Prohibited Conduct

3. Using the Platform if you are under the minimum age of 21 years.

6. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of exploiting such an error may be forfeited.
7. Laundering money or using the Platform for any other illegal financial purpose. 6777cx is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
8. Depositing funds using a payment method that is not registered in your own name, or conducting any third-party financial transactions through your 6777cx account.
9. Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 6777cx staff or other users.
10. Attempting to circumvent any security measure, restriction, or self-exclusion applied to your account.

6777cx reserves the right to take immediate action against any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct, including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6777cx Platform, including but not limited to the 6777cx brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 6777cx or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 6777cx.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

6777cx collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on 6777cx, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6777cx implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the 6777cx Platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. 6777cx will not sell your personal data to third parties. 11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 6777cx's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

6777cx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of KYC verification and applicable deductions. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 6777cx reserves the right to withhold funds in accordance with applicable law.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 6777cx customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. All outstanding wagering requirements must be settled before closure is finalised.

13. Amendments to These Terms

6777cx reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 6777cx will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the 6777cx Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 6777cx recommends that you revisit this page whenever you receive a notification of an update or at least once every three (3) months.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6777cx holds its international gaming licence. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

In the event of a dispute between you and 6777cx, you should first contact 6777cx customer support at [email protected] and provide full details of your complaint. 6777cx will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under 6777cx's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be provided upon request.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
